@James20, try a "Factory reset" under Settings->System->Advanced system settings. If that doesn't work, the only other thing to try is another factory reset, create a new Roku account, link the device to the new account. If you do that you'd want to cancel any subscriptions on your old account you find when you check your subscriptions at https://my.roku.com unless you have other devices using the old account. Some people never seem to be able to get rid of this problem without getting a new device.
