I don't see an app by that name in the Roku Channel Store. What is the actual name of the app?

I am having the same issue. The app opens and has the spinning circle like it’s loading and then goes back the the home screen. It is called Knowledge Kids.

Does the issue only occur on the Knowledge Kids channel or across other channels installed on your Roku device?

If you haven't tried yet, you can remove the affected channel then re-install it. To ensure the process is successful, make sure to restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > System restart > Restart.
