What version of AMC+ do you have on your Roku? The version I have 1.1.14 doesn't have the privacy and advertising settings. Thanks.

The privacy setting is in your tv settings, not in the app.  You may to update your roku like I did to find the privacy option.

Thanks Kbradley34! I should have realized it was Roku settings and not AMC+ settings! It worked!

Thank you so much for posting your solution.  It worked for me as well.  I wasn’t sure if I had to do a restart from the settings options. I used the power button instead and the problem was solved once I checked my AMC+ programming again.  You’ve saved me lots of time and frustration.  Thanks!!!

Thanks.  Worked for me, too, although I’m not happy to share ad cookies with AMC+, particularly since it is an ad-free streaming service.  (P.S. Still waiting for AMC+ to get back to me on my ticket!)
