You cannot post the request information here in the discussion thread. You need to send a message thru the message portal.
STEPS TO DO THIS:
1. top of this page, click on the envelope
2. click on "NEW MESSAGE"
3. in the Send to - type Mary-F and select Roku Employee
4. message subject ERROR REPORT DETAILS / DISNEY ERROR 42
5. message body provide the following information:
( this is from the Issue Report Tracker: open Disney press HOME button 5xs then back 5xs - it will open)

Software Version:
Timestamp:
Issue ID:

(this info comes from Settings; System Info)
Device ID:
Network Name:
IP Address:
Roku Account:
You will receive a response to the message after the correct the path FOR YOUR DEVICE. This will be required for each device that is affected. Mine was fixed in approx. 3 hours
