How do I attach CBC TV to my Roku device to watch Season 16 of the Murdoch Mysteries?

How do I attach CBC TV to my Roku device to watch Season 16 of the Murdoch Mysteries? I live in the USA and want to connect the CBC TV Channel so I can watch Season 16 of the Murdoch Mysteries.

I have tried to connect CBC TV (Canadian TV) to my Roku, but it will not connect it.

Please help!

That channel/app is only available in Canada. It's up to the provider to decide where their channel/app is available and is out of Roku's control.
