How can I eliminate gay and foreign language films from my selection screen?

I'm NOT opposed to others watching gay or foreign films BUT I would like to eliminate them from MY selection screen. How do I do that??

What do you mean by YOUR selection screen? Where is your custom selection screen? I'm not sure what you mean.
