At first I thought you were talking about a Roku TV and setting up over the air channels with an antenna.
But then, it reads as if you are actually picking up TV channels from the Central Time zone. Which you can't do with an antenna from the west coast.
So, now I'm wondering if you're using an app that picks up live channels, such as Hulu+Live TV, YouTube TV, DirecTV Stream, or some service such as that. Which would give a totally different answer.
What exactly is the situation?
What is your Roku model number and Software version (Settings > System > About)
What app, if applicable?
