Help with Paramount + Roku App Issues

I have recently encountered problems with the Paramount + Roku channel/app. I have a current subscription, but unable to get past the get started or sign in with provider options. It also shows different error messages ie. Not supported and if I try to get started it says I already have a subscription. Calling Roku support was beyond horrible with getting disconnected. Roku and internet has been rebooted, cache has been cleared as well. I’m unable to remove app as it not giving me the option when hitting * button. Help!

I understand your concern regarding your subscription and accessibility on Paramount+, and I'm here to help.

If your Paramount+ subscription is through Roku, you can only access it on the Paramount+ channel within The Roku Channel. This subscription is not available through the stand-alone Paramount+ app.
