Have to repeatedly unplug and restart Ultra to get channels to work.

The last week I have had to unplug and restart my Roku Ultra so that the channels work, but this only helps until I finish watching a movie or show.  Interestingly, the Roku channel will continue to work, but all the other channels list errors, such as NW-3-6 for netflix or -6 for philo, "something went wrong" "cant connect at this time".  Performing a factory reset didn't help either.  It seems like it started after I decided to use a micro SD card. I have since removed it but no improvement is noted.  System is updated and nothing is wrong with the internet (wired connection).  Any Ideas?

Same or similar problem - seems like the recent 11/11/2021 software update had something to do with it. Never had a problem until this update. Some of our favorite channels video goes green block out but can still hear audio. Have rebooted WIFI Router multiple times, have rebooted Roku numerous times, have removed xfinity Beta app & reinstalled and have also hit system reset and reloaded roku and still have same problem.

Getting ticked off with Roku.

I don't know if it could be related, but the latest update (10.5) added a new "power savings" settings under Settings->System->Power to some devices.  If you have it try disabling it.

You nailed it Renojim.  Disabled power save and the roku is perfect again!  Thanks very much!
