It sounds like you're having trouble signing in to Paramount Plus, and we're happy to help out!
Can you try doing a system restart first? Here's how:
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart
Also, are you trying to access the Paramount Plus standalone app or Paramount Plus on the Roku Channel?
