This was a great aggregate app with channels in both French and English from all over the world covering sports news and general. Well, it got gutted overnight with only a few channels left. One of the first apps that got me hooked on Roku. It's useless now.
You need to contact whomever provides that app/channel for Roku devices. Roku does not create or support apps from 3rd party providers.
When I search the Roku channel store, I can find no such app named Haiti TV, so perhaps you are not located in the US. OK, I just searched for Haiti and a number of apps returned. So you'll need to determine which one you're using and look up their contact info.
I am in Canada. I just noticed the app has gone all black with no channels. Can't find a way to contact the developer.
If it’s still in the Roku channel store on the web, there should be a link to the provider’s privacy policy. Use that link to find their website.
They brought this channel back today here in Canada which is a good thing.
Hi Johnny,
I'm glad to know that you are a super fan of our network, HTN. I'm happy to bring it back to all our viewers. We've been serving you for over 15 years now on ROKU. I am pleased to inform you that we are now offering three different packages: HTN1, HTN2, and HTN3.
The difference between them is the number of channels available for streaming. HTN1 will have 100 channels total available for streaming, HTN2 will have over 1000 channels available for streaming, and HTN3 will have over 10,000 channels available for streaming, including sports and movies.
The only thing we require from you all is a small financial donation, which will allow us to continue to keep this network alive. To get access to HTN1, no donation is required. For HTN2, a small quarterly donation is required. And for all three (HTN1, HTN2, and HTN3), an annual donation is required.
I will also need your support to help me spread this good news to the world as an ambassador of this great network you love so much. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss this further at this email address: jpierre722@yahoo.com. I'll be happy to talk with you more about that.
Thank you,
Jean Pierre/HTN
