HELP I've done all the troubleshooting steps, removed the channel, restarted my roku device, made sure all updates were installed, installed the roku channel again and still when I click play on anything it just refreshes the page doesn't play any movies or series. I have a roku tv.
Can you please provide us with more information regarding the issue you are experiencing? Does the issue only occur on The Roku channels or all channels on your Roku device? When does the issue occur? What Roku model device are you using?
