Curious if anyone else notices any lagging or slowing of performance with the HBO Max channel when browsing lists, clicking on a title etc. I use a WIRED- 120 mbps connection and the latest build of version 10 firmware. When I select the alphabetical list of movies, after selecting several, clicking on another would result in a black screen instead of the listing. After 20-30 seconds it would slowly populate but never show the play or add button. I restarted my nearly new Roku Ultra 4800 and after opening the channel and repeating the search, the lag returned once more. Has anyone else encountered this?

In some cases, removing the channel and then re-installing it may help. To ensure the process is successful, follow the steps below making sure you restart your Roku device before adding the channel again.
If the issue persists from one channel after attempting the suggestions above, other channels play fine, contact the channel provider's customer support team to report the issue and get help. Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developer themselves. In this case, there's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from the channel developer.
