I’ve purchased a Roku and understand there is an HBO Max 30 day free trial. However, this option for the free trial doesn’t show up when I’m setting up my Roku. How can I access the option for the free trial? I’m only seeing options to select the ad-free or non ad-free and when I scroll down, I see offers for free trials for other channels.

Please be aware that if you previously had a free trial through the same Roku account (on any
Roku device linked to your account), you will not be eligible for another free trial with that
specific service. We highly recommend reviewing the terms for any trial, prior to signing up.

I also cannot find the HBO Max free trial offer. I have never had a free trial before and only made a Roku account this week. I got an email saying I could get the offer, but the link takes me to the offers page, where HBO Max is not listed.
@CV26 and @knknechtel - was Roku support able to help with this?
I have the same issue (HBO Max doesn't show in my list of offers), and after being bounced to 3 chat support agents they couldn't explain it and suggested I contact HBO Max.
I finally solved this. I needed to add a payment method to my account before the offer would show up. None of the three Roku support agents thought to suggest this 😞
