We have been on GCP for several years without problems but now that they are Wondrium, passwords and accounts seem to randomly disappear -- when we use ROKU, not on my phone or computer. It's really frustrating!! Called customer service and they reset and that didn't work. Clicking forgot passwd worked for one day then it forgot it again. What the heck is going on?
For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact Great Courses Plus support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
I share your frustration. Was able to transition from great courses to Wondrium on Roku with no problem then suddenly now in 2022 when i try to open the channel it hangs. Has worked well for as long as Wondrium existed on the current Roku device, what changed? Tried the restart Roku etc and no difference; Something has changed for the worse. Please fix this, it's $19.99 per month and not good that access has been stopped. No problem with Wondrium access via browser so the problem is definitely on the Roku side.
Does the issue only occur on Wondrium channel or all channels on your Roku device?
Have you tried removing any channel you observe this issue on from the Roku home screen. Then, restart your device. Once it loads up again, add the channel back once more and try playing content again?
