I added Global Tv to my channels but when you have to sign in with Global, they ask for your TV provider. Roku is not on the list. What can I do to resolve this issue? I'm having a difficult time contacting Roku directly to ask why they are not on the list of TV providers for Global. Any suggestions or help?

I just added the GlobalTV channel app to check this out. Its listing on the Channel store made no mention of requiring a tv provider. When I loaded the channel I could find no way to log in and/or link to a provider account. Further its main screen presented only 3 items: LIVE, Search, and About, none of which took me to any programming. I had no idea what should be there so didn't know what to enter as a search. LIVE at least took me to a "Play" button but it didn't do anything.

yep that's the channel. I even contacted Global directly and they still haven't replied to me. I want to contact ROKU directly to ask them why they have Global TV as an add on but no one can get it to work and that Roku has to contact Global tv to have their name added to the TV providers name
