Gaps in Close Captioning in only one episode of series

Jump to solution

Episode 2 of the series "Suspicion" on Apple TV+ has important dialogue gaps in the clos captioning. All other appear to be OK and all other CC in Apple's programs as well as other streaming services appear to be OK.  Apple support tells me it is a Roku's problem which appears to be ridiculous. Any suggestiones would be appreciated

@Malcolm2

Thanks for the post.

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact Apple TV+ support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

Thanks,

Thank you for the rely, but as I said, after an hour on the phone, AppleTV denied any responsibility and told me it was roku's problem
