Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? Are you seeing this on the Roku Home screen or on The Roku Channel screen? Can you provide a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing? When you see this appear, can you please provide a tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)?
