Hi everyone,
Thanks for the posts.
Please see my previous post and we will be able to investigate the issue further.
Thanks,
Danny
For heavens sake! You folk have been dilly-dallying with this issue for a year without any fix. I am increasingly convinced you will never fix it.

Thanks,
DannyCome on. How much more investigating is needed? Your tech team still can't figure out what is going on after all this time?
The we will continue to investigate line is never coupled with what has been found out and what has been done so far. Either the know the problem and as previously mentioned it is unsolvable without Roku ponying up for replacements or this is being ignored totally.
I have purchased a firestick and if all goes well on one tv I will switch them all.
I am also having the same issue, only happens on fox news.
I get the same issue only when watching the Fox News channel. It seems every 30 minutes or so it goes to the Ad Info black screen of death and stays there. It sometimes stays there until it pops out to the main menu. I have to go back to the home page and re-enter You Tube TV and the channel. I have updated the settings and the Roku device, and it still happens too often. Why does this happen
It happens because Roku refuses to fix it
Hi everyone,
Thanks for continuing to share what you're observing.
We're aware of the issue and our team has continued investigating the issue. We are hoping to have a further resolution soon.
We appreciate your patience in the meantime.
Best regards,
Mary
