From Canada looking for free Cable channels

I am looking for Cable channels, but I am in Canada, I do not have a TV Provider, I find the list under FREETV and MOVIES quite limited,,,,is there an app on the Roku TV, with ABC, CBS, NBC, CTV, GLOBAL, TLC, BCTV, Etc,    Free without having to sign in a TV Provider?

Pluto, plus plug an antenna into your TV and get ABC etc over the air for free

Roku channel.

A few other Roku apps have bits and pieces of free stuff, check websites like rokuguide to help find useful stuff.

Otherwise you will need to pay a subscription for something like sling, Hulu, or youtubetv
