I have been a subscriber to Frndly TV for several months. Today it gives me the message of “Subscribe to watch” when I click on any show. Thinking that perhaps my subscription had expired for some reason, I went into Settings where it told me I am an existing subscriber and will not let me activate a subscription. What gives?

For more information about that channel's account authentication and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

that is what is happening to me need help
I was having the same issue yesterday and this morning. I didn't have the option to remove the channel on my Roku streaming stick so I contacted Frndly TV customer support (Support@FrndlyTV.com). A representative responded requesting a screenshot showing validation of payment. Rep responded, it's a widespread system problem across all Roku customers. I was told it should be reset within an hour.
Have you been able to resolve this issue with roku for friendly? I noticed the same on mine last night?

“Oops! You Roku didn’t keep up. Please change the channel.” This error comes up in all Frndly programs except PIXL.

Try to remove the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote, and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

If that still doesn't clear up the issue you're experiencing, we recommend contacting the channel provider directly to follow up for more help. They’ll be able to best assist with any issues that are occurring within their channel.

It doesn’t give me the option to remove the channel.

When you are ready to remove a channel, first determine if the channel has a subscription and whether that subscription is billed to your Roku account.
If the channel you want to remove is listed on this page, the subscription must first be canceled before the channel can be removed from your Roku device.

What do you do if your subscription is not through Roku. I can watch my Frndly subscription on every other device but the TCL Roku TV I just purchased. It brings up the guide and then I get the same reply that the OP above states is there problem. Please help as this is very frustrating.
