My device is Roku and the only program I have this issue on is Fox, usually Fox news or Fox sports 1. Provider is Version Fios. I log in, and after 30 to 60 minutes, it stop and says ‘free preview expired.’ There is clearly some issue with Fox software because I've read about this same problem on many forums. We're always told to uninstall, restart, and reinstall, but it works for a day or so, and the next day the issue is back. Any chance there's going to be a fix for this soon?
If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on the Fox channels (apps), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
