Free Movie Classics - Movie does not match the title

Jump to solution

I am trying to watch 'Porgy and Bess' with Sidney Poitier on 'Free Move Classics' but when I click play, 'The Last Alarm' movie plays.  Who would I speak to about this?  Porgy and Bess is literally not available anywhere else except for a terribly uploaded version on YouTube.

I can't find a channel by that name. I did find Free Classic Movies. When I clicked the Privacy Policy for that channel, I was taken to a web site called castifi.ai. They have a contact us page, that you can use to bring this to their attention. If that isn't the correct channel, you still need to reach out to whoever is the provider of the channel. Roku does not create or offer support for 3rd party providers.

Actually, that screenshot is of FMC (Free Movie Classics), and this Free Movie Classics, not Family Movie Classics, is the channel showing Porgy and Bess, although incorrectly as you stated. (showing "The Last Alarm.")

They also have an Android app called FMC (Free Movie Classics), but is also showing the wrong movie.  The Channel developer has an email contact at bestvideoclassics@gmail.com.

Looks like the developer is currently doing some updating/developing as FMCTestWestern with No Ads is present in the Roku Channel Store, but FMC (free) is not showing, although I currently have it installed on my Rokus.

Dan, thank you so much for responding.  It's Family Movie Classics.  I had to remove the channel, search for it again and then look at the options to find the two email addresses below.  However, my message was undeliverable.  So, I guess that' that.  I really appreciate you trying to help!

AvsGunnar,

I very much appreciate you researching this for me and for your response.  Free Movie Classics it is.  I have emailed the developer and so far have not received an 'undeliverable' response.  We will see (fingers crossed).

Have a great weekend!
