Message such as what you describe are from the app, not the device. If it's misidentifying your provider, that's Fox News app doing that, not Roku.

Ok. I got a new Roku and now it works better. It seems every 2 years a new Roku needs to be purchased.

You shouldn't have to. My Roku devices all last several years. Perhaps you'll get longer service from your new one.

The channel partner Fox News made cable TV or satellite service connection as mandatory to stream this channel on Roku platform.
I am having similar issues. I have a Firestick in my living room and the Fox News app works perfectly on it, so if Roku continues to blame Fox News then I say they are mistaken on that point. I am watching it right now. Still works great.
@MattInFlorida Fox New is the developer of the Fox News Channel for Roku. Therefore the issue fall upon the developer.
Interesting every time someone talks bout what a disaster the democrat's are and the election races coming up...the Fox News Channell is unavailable. you **bleep**ers are as corrupt as anything anyone can imagine!!!!!
