I have been using FoxNow app on my Roku stick for a while. Today I get the error "You don't have this channel in your package - contact your TV provider to upgrade".

I see FoxNow DirecTV in the lower right of the app and Fox News is available on every DirecTV package. I tuned to channel 360 to confirm that I have the package.

I have removed the app, restarted Roku, and added the app back and I get the same message.

Please help!

i just found a workaround, the 'Fox News app'. Seems like a duplicate of FoxNow at first glance. I was able to link my DirecTV account to the Roku app and get the content that I wanted.

Still doesn't explain why FoxNow quit working.

If you are still unable to resolve the issue you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
