After logging in with my TV provider, I select a "live now" program but when trying to retrieve the program, it comes back with a "something went wrong, encountered an unrecoverable error playing this video. Please try again later. It has been doing this for over a week. Everything works fine on my phone. I've tried logging out, restarting the Roku, disconnecting wifi and Roku. Help me please!
Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

Thanks, Danny. I saw that you mentioned this as a fix on a previous post and tried it out. However, it did not fix my issue. I tried this on 2 Roku streaming sticks and a Roku TV and still received the same error.
If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to Fox Sports Go directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on the Fox Sports Go channel (app), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.
