Each time I want to watch a program on Fox News, I have to go through like it was a completely new install. This happens a couple of times a day.
Do you have multiple Roku devices linked to the same Roku account? Is someone deleting it from one device while you're adding it to another?
There have been plenty of scams over the years where people had a Roku account created for them that they had no control over, so I hope that's not it. Make sure you recognize the email address that's displayed under Settings->System->About.
