Have you tried removing the channel from the Roku Mobile App and then adding it back from there? This will let us know if there's any difference when adding the channel from the Roku App.

I have the Roku mobile app but I don't see any screen showing the channels I have on my Roku TV.
I only rarely use it and even then only for the remote control .

Have you checked that the account you used to log in to the Roku Mobile app is the same as the one on your Roku TV? Additionally, try searching for the channel within the app to see if it's visible there.
If the app was located, try removing it and then reinstalling it there.

Like I indicated below, my channel screen is not in the mobile app at all. Also I only have one roku login.
