Thanks Mary, sounds like the new version of Roku is the problem, is there a way to revert to a previous version.

Same here??? Paying for filmon now I can’t use it due to roku firmware update ? Please fix asap

Nvidia shield looks more appealing every day!

I also pay for Filmon and can't use it due to the firmware update.  Give us a way to revert to the previous version ROKU!

Welcome to the Roku Community!

We are currently aware and our engineering team has been investigating this issue closely.

In the meantime, please help us with the required details below for us to send additional information for the investigation to our engineering team, and once more information is available I'll be sure to let the Community know:
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found by selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-what are you seeing on screen? Can you provide a screenshot of the issue or error message
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing

We appreciate your patience while we investigated this issue.

Ok, thanks, hoping something can be done about this.  The new update seems to have caused this problem, any way to roll it back?

It looks like Filmon channel is no longer available on the Roku Channel store and cannot be located in the channel search. For more information about that channel availability, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further.
