it’s been two days of us trying to use our TV but we’re being blocked by the fandango app opening constantly. It won’t not let us do anything else on the TV. We don’t even have this app downloaded. We have unplugged it. We have reset it. We have worked with our remote. Please help us with how to fix this. is our TV ruined?

I’m having the same issue. Is Roku doing anything to fix this?

Try downloading and using the official Roku Remote mobile app on your smartphone. (make sure it is the official one and not a third part app).

Then remove the batteries from your Roku remote (and keep them out) and see if issue is resolved.  If so, then maybe just clean the remote or replace it if needed.
