Mary - since Roku seems to think that this is an F1 TV issue, why doesn’t Roku kick this off the platform until F1 TV fixes it? On the other hand, why is it that the app worked for everyone who previously had it, but as soon as Roku charged us for the new season the app stopped working and the failure is the same for everyone on the Roku platform? The failure mode is the same - the Roku platform rejects the app (after Roku already collected the renewal fees). Blame it on F1TV, but the app works on all Fire devices and all Apple devices as well as my Roku Microsoft (Dell) PC. Roku needs to commit the resources to root cause the issue & fix it. Is this happening because Roku decided to either take a bigger cut of the shared fees or did Roku extend the payment terms to increase the float? Hopefully it isn’t any of the latter, as corporate greed is already way out of control in the industry. Can you escalate this issue to get the correct resources dedicated to fixing this problem?
