Everytime I try to open an app my TV jumps off and return to the home screen
Whenever I try to open an app like Netflix, tubi, YouTube,prime, etc it jumps off turns back on and goes to the home screen. I've tried resetting it, rebooting my internet modem and turning my TV off and unplugging it but it still does the same thing.

Do you have a Roku TV or a Roku device connected to a TV? If the latter, what's the model number displayed under Settings->System->About and are you using the supplied power adapter?
