Running into this issue as well. System Updates look like they cannot be found because the Roku Channel Store Service is not accessible (see Last Updated and Last Checked in the screen shots):
I had that too but was able to use my other devices. However, there is bad pixelation on them since that update.
I am experiencing issues with YouTube. When I click on it to run the channel, a message pops up that says “youtube cannot be fun because it could not be reinstalled from the network. Please check connection and try again.” I have already checked my network and I have excellent strength. I have checked for a system update and my system is up to date. I don’t know what other troubleshooting steps I should take, other than the ones I listed above. Can someone please assist me with this as this is getting super frustrating. Thank you in advance.
The first thing to try is to reboot/restart everything involved - gateway/modem/router and Roku. Unplug the power from everything for several seconds and plug them back in.
Thank you. I am sad that I had to go to a simple screen saver ( I dont like any of them) at least the wallpaper is winter themed. but everything loads and works now. Cant miss football!
