I get an error when trying to add the channel through the code. If I click to try again it sends me to an 404 page.
I still have this issue, and after contacting Roku support they blamed the channel.
So, I've contacted the channel and after many tries, they concluded the issue is probably on Roku's side.
The error happens inside Roku's website. Can the team at least take a look?
Hello @Unmentionables
Thanks for reaching out here in the Community!
Please be advised that channels that can only be added using a code are non-certified or non-supported channels. Since they are not supported, private channel issues and questions must be directed to the channel developer.
We appreciate your understanding.
All the best,
Kariza
This is not an issue with the channel though, as I can't even add it. The error happens during the process as can be seen on the picture I posted.
I've already contact the channel, and as concluded, they have no power over the error if it is on your end. Can you guys AT LEAST take a look on the clear error showing on YOUR website?
Months later and the issue persists, with multiple channels. Please acknowledge the issue.
Not working: Porn Hub, Adult Time and Adult Empire.
