For the last couple of weeks ESPN HDkeeps disappearing from our channel line up on our TV. Xfinity Stream is our provider and we are using Roku Express. ESPN is still listed ok on our devices - ipad, iphone and laptops so it seems it must be a Roku issue. We have re-installed Roku and also checked for updates. Fortunately we can set up recordings on our devices and still watch on the TV but it's not ideal to not have it shown in our channels. Thoughts?
Thanks!

The ESPN app for Roku isn't called "ESPN HD" but rather just "ESPN." Where are you getting the name "ESPN HD" from? I want to ensure that we have good accurate information about what's going on. Little differences are sometimes, nay, often times, the key. Little discrepancies are usually huge red flags that point to the otherwise hidden bit of information. So, on your Roku, I want to ensure we have the right app so that we can get the right resolution.
Having said that, I'm curious if you have multiple Roku devices on your account. Go to https://my.roku.com and log in, then scroll all the way to the bottom. Do you see multiple devices listed?
If so, you should keep in mind that adding an app to one of those devices will add it to all the devices listed. Likewise, removing an app from one of those devices will remove it from all of those devices. Might that be part of the issue?
I want to start with that bit, as that would be the simplest explanation. If this isn't the case, let us know.

Do you mean that the ESPN app is disappearing from your Roku home screen, or an ESPN channel is disappearing from an Xfinity app or something else?
Ah, I see. Yes, in the Xfinity app, the channel is often listed as ESPN HD. I read that the app was disappearing from the Roku, but I think now that you are correct in that @Rhannah is asking about the lineup within an app.
@Rhannah If that is the case, that you're asking about something within the Xfinity app, that would be something from Xfinity, who built the app and controls the interaction between the app and the account.
