ESPN APP not working properly Any Suggestions?

Has anyone gotten this resolved? My husband is driving me crazy about this!!!

I finally got someone at ESPN to help with it.  Essentially, I deleted the ESPN app, then re-installed it.   I had tried that before as well, but this time it worked.  

Roku customer service was useless.

Thank you for taking a moment to answer.  I was told to do the same, when all of a sudden--Tadaaahhhh.  It started working.
