One of my devices is saying wrong email when trying to aign in to a channel.all my roku devices are connected to same email.what can i do?
It's asking for the email address for your Disney account, not your Roku account, which could be different.
Its yhe same email for my disney channel.i can get into the channel on a different tv.i have 3 tvs with disney channel,theres only one that is giving my issues.says "no account found with that email"the other tvs i logged in with the same email.im so irritated!
Let's clarify some things to be sure we understand as there are several possible variables here.
What are all 3 tvs? Smart TVs that have a built in Disney+ app? TVs with no Disney+ app but a Roku connected? Which ones work with Disney+ and which don't?
How did you take out your Disney+ subscription? Directly with Disney+? Through Roku? Through some other third party?
How are you trying to access Disney+ through Roku on the problem connection? The Disney+ app on the Roku? Through The Roku Channel?
Similarly, how are you trying to access Disney+ on the connections that work?
