I have an active account for Disney+ and I’m having trouble logging in. Once every 5th time I can manage to log in, but once I turn off my smart tv for the night and try it again later, I’m not logged in.

Are you subscribed through the Disney+ directly or through Roku Pay? Have you already tried contacting Disney+ support to see what insight they could provide?
