My Disney+ app is not working at all since the last 2 weeks. I've tried multiple times to uninstall and reinstall the app, without any success. I've check about updating the software of the TV itself, everything is up to date.
Is this a problem with Disney?

We appreciate the update. We'd like to understand the issue you are experiencing when trying to access the Disney+ channel. Are you able to access the channel but not able to play content, or does it keep taking you back to the home screen? We also suggest trying to use a mobile hotspot to see if that makes a difference.

The only thing I can suggest is to make sure you perform a "System restart" after you remove the app and before you install it again. If you didn't do that, give it a try.
One of the many tries I have done. I even did a full factory reset (FR) after removing the app, then had to reinstall everything I had before the FR.
I'm still trying all of these, except the FR because it's a long process.
