Disney Plus is now available in Turkey since 14 June but I am not able to add it on my Roku Ultra.

How can I watch Disney+ from Roku Ultra?

I have tried to add it by factory resetting but nothing changed.

By the way, I have already subscribed to Disney + and I am already able to watch it on my android TV.

I want to add it to my Roku too.

Disney has not made their service available via Roku in your region. Disney controls where their Roku app works, and they have not made it available in your region. Perhaps contacting Disney would be the best approach, as they control that.

Roku has no control over it. Disney has complete control of where their app is available. Since Turkey isn't an officially supported country for Roku devices, it might not be possible for Disney to even authorize it for your country. But only Disney can answer that question. 

Roku officially offers their product only in France, Germany, and the United Kingdom in your area of the world.
