I have my Roku set to play the native frame rate. The other streaming services I have tried with play movies at 24fps. Disney Plus is the only one that doesn't.

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact Disney+ support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
