Disney+ No Longer Appearing on Home Screen Tile

I have had Disney+ off and on over time. I dropped my subscription a while back and deleted the app from most of my Roku devices to keep the home screen tiles clean. I just reactivated Disney+ as part of a package and the home screen tile is no longer available.

I can't remove the app and reinstall because the tile is no there. The Disney service work (if I search for it and it says OPen App) but I would like the Home Screen tile back.

Help!

I appreciate your concern regarding Disney+ not appearing on the home screen tile. We're here to assist you!

 

I recommend removing and reinstalling the app directly from the Streaming Store on your device or using the Roku Mobile App. Try searching for the channel from there. Once you find it, go ahead and uninstall Disney+. After that, Restart your Roku device. Then, reinstall Disney+ through the Roku App. Once it's back, open it up and log in to see if there are any changes. Additionally, you can refer to the helpful guide provided by @makaiguy on this similar issue.

What model Roku do you have? Settings/System/About will give you the model number. If it's a Roku 4 (model 4400) then Disney no longer supports that player.
