Discovery+ prompting Roku login and says email and password for roku incorrect. Contacted discovery+ and they had no idea how to fix. I didn’t subscribe through roku. I have my own discovery plus email/password but whenever I select it it prompts a Roku login which doesn’t work yet this login works on the roku mobile app and the computer. This just started happening out of the almost 2 years I’ve had discovery +. I cleared roku cache, uninstalled and reinstalled discovery+ nothing has helped
Did you restart your Roku device before re-installing the channel? That step is crucial when performing troubleshooting.
