Discovery Plus not working

Its been over two weeks and my Discovery app won't launch. I bought a brand new Roku device and still not working. I reached out to Discovery Plus and they are not help. I have done every trick giving to me from Discovery Plus and still not working. Can someone please help me?

Try this.

  1. Remove the app
  2. Reboot the Roku
  3. Reinstall the app

All three steps, in that order.

What Roku device are you using?

40" TCL Roku TV
50" TCL Roku TV
