I added my Discovery Plus subscription to my mom’s Roku TV. It worked fine for a couple weeks. Now she gets an “Inactive Account “ message. The account is fine. There aren’t too many devices. I’ve tried signing out and back in again. I’ve removed the ap and then added it again. Same error message. Help!
When you removed it and added it again did you reboot/restart the Roku between the removal and adding? If not you didn't accomplish anything.
