Directv App not loading some channels

Directv App not loading some channels on Roku Tv and Roku stick (3800RW 12.0.0 build 4184-55) anyone else experiencing these issues. Seems to be mostly upper channels

Thank you for posting in the Roku Community!

We received your post about the issue with the Direct TV app on your Roku, and we want to help.

We recommend performing the below steps and seeing if you can resolve the issue:

1. Remove the channel from the Roku device.
2. Power cycle the Roku device by disconnecting it from the power cable and reconnecting it to power.
3. Re-add the channel back to the Roku device.

Each channel (app) on the Roku platform is built and maintained by providers. Suppose you encounter an issue within a channel that isn't occurring in every other channel on your d. In that case, vice, you'll want to contact the channel provider directly to report the problem and request additional support.
