Cutting off 10mins before ending

When we watch seal team..the show ends 10-15 minutes before finished.  A pop up for another show comes on, a blue highlighted option to continue watching comes up, I hit that and it takes me to the other show.  How do I bypass this other show and continue watching seal team to the end?  Thanks!!

Re: Cutting off 10mins before ending

Hi @LindaSmug,

Thanks for posting in the Roku Community!

We would be happy to see what we can do to help get you back up and running. As a first step, we'd like to gather more information about the issue you're running into:

  • What channel are you trying to load this content from?
  • Does this happen on all movies/shows or just specific titles?
  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing?
  • When did this issue first start occurring?

With more information, we will be able to assist you further.

Best regards,
Mary

Re: Cutting off 10mins before ending

Paramount plus, Seal Team.      anywhere from 10 - 15 minutes before the episode ends, some FBI show pops on the screen.  Seal team is still playing in a small window at the bottom.  There is a blue button option that says continue watching.  When I click on that, it takes me to FBI.  Or if I dont click on it, it still takes me to FBI after 15 ish seconds.  I'm not sure which button on my remote should I select to keep watching seal team to the end.

@LindaSmug

Thanks for the follow up.

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

Thanks,
Danny
