Someone from a Roku ph. Number I googled told me I had to pay 79.99 for a 5 year subscription
I can't add my channel Hulu or Netflix or any of my premium. Channels. They said my tv would go completely off if I don't pay. What in the world is going on with this?

What are the model numbers of the Roku devices? Netflix doesn't support some older devices, so the model number of which loads Netflix and which doesn't might explain things. Let us know the model numbers, and which is which, and we'll see where that leads.
