Hello,
I used Roku to subscribe to Crunchyroll. However, when I try to watch an anime it immediately goes to english dub. When I go to languages & accessibility it doesn't list Japanese audio as an option. I checked and crunchyroll does offer the japanese audio on their website so I'm not sure why it won't come up for me on Roku.
It does this on the Tubi app as well. Is there a way to fix this? I don't enjoy english dub very much haha.
It would be up to Crunchyroll assuming you're using their app on not "Crunchyroll on RokuChannel" which really blurs responsibility. Have you contacted them?
Thanks for reporting this, @NiiyaJ!
Can you let us know which shows in the app don’t have any Japanese audio? We’d like to hear more so we can check them out!
Thanks again,

Hello,
Frieren and Pretear don't have japanese audio.
Oh man I am using Crunchyroll on RokuChannel. I'll see what Roku says.
Thanks!
Thanks for the update, @NiiyaJ!
Are these the only shows without Japanese audio? If there are more, could you share a list of all the shows you've come across that don't offer a Japanese audio option?
We'd be happy to take a closer look!

Hello,
Unfortunately, those are the only shows I've tried watching. If I watch others I will let you know!
We’ve passed your concern to the right team. Thanks for bringing this to our attention! Keep an eye out for updates!
We'll keep you posted.

Hello! Bocchi the Rock is also in Portugese audio on episode 6. Thank you
Hey, @reginatong.
Thanks for chiming in!
Just double-checking: Do you have the option to change the audio to other languages, such as Japanese or Spanish, or is it purely in Portuguese?
Please get back to us soon!
