Crowded S1 E12 has no audio, basically just the laugh track comes thru. how do I find this episode with the audio working?

is this the end of this? you marked the first and only response to my post [that said "thanks for sending this to our attention, we will send it to the proper team, and keep you in the loop"

now you mark that reply as the solution, yet a day after you marked it as a solution, the S1E12 still has no audio except the laugh track. So NOTHING was solved, 👿
